Major General Mann assumed command of U.S. Army Recruiting Command on February 17, 2011. He is responsible for more than 13,000 Soldiers and Civilians assigned throughout the United States, Europe and the Far East with the primary mission of meeting the Army's recruiting goals. Prior to his current assignment, General Mann commanded the 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command, a theater-level air and missile defense organization. (Read more)
